Why no pics of interior? Returns are a pain with your company and while I have liked some of your purses that I have bought, I want to make sure. Why no exterior pocket-would be incredibly useful even if it cost a bit more. Purses are an everyday item -they need to be able to work. Totally. Does anyone test these designs for the “real world”?

I was disappointed. I had called before ordering to make sure that there was no center zipper compartment, but there it was when it arrived. And the center zipper doesn't work well and even cut my hand. My other observation is that it doesn't look neat when it is closed--it is lumpy on the top. Now that I think about it, I should exchange it for the Cholet bag of the similar color. How do I do that?

This bag is perfect! It holds everything I need and then some. Very stylish and I love the color! The shoulder straps are long enough that I haven't had to use the longer strap yet--just sling it over my shoulder and go!

I love this bag, love the quality leather, all the pockets and the adjustable straps. Only bad thing is it won't stand upright, always falls over spilling out everything. I love it enough to get over that though....just something to work on.... maybe make it a tad wider???
