Bella Shoulder Bag

It just so happens that I had to wait to get my order. Every day was worth the wait! I just love my new purse and am already looking at another one to order. Quality-workmanship is the best I’ve seen in along time. Customer contact employees are top notch! Very positive company!

The bag itself is wonderful. Feels great and is the perfect size and the gold chain really boosts the look. What I don't like is that the strap is shorter than I'd like for a crossbody bag. After moving the straps to the last hole in order to lengthen the straps, it moved the clasps, making them closer to either side of my neck. The medal is too thick and does not feel good especially with the sharp edges. Also, my hair gets caught in the small gaps in the clasps, pulling my hair out. Again the bag itself is wonderful but because the medal clasps and getting my hair pulled out bother me more than I'd like, I won't be using the purse. I really liked the convenience of the purse size and definitely would recommend the purse to others as long as the straps were lengthened and the medal clasps were moved further down so not to hurt the neck or pull your hair. If you have short hair, it won't be a problem and the medal doesn't hurt even moment, just often enough for me to not use it. I'm using another MDBM bag that I purchased prior to this one. I'm 100% happy with that one though!!

I just love my new Bella shoulder bag. It is just the right size if I want to take just the essentials with me e.g. when I go to the cinema or an invitation or to the restaurant. The material is beautifully soft. The colour is lovely and I have already had some great compliments when wearing it. I am actually thinking of getting another one in a different colour.

Return was a bit complicated. I spent a good deal of time understanding what you wanted and when you wanted. I had to break down each step of the return process before I understood what was required. I returned the Bella handbag today via USPS. I have to record the tracking number as requested by MDBD. I will do that tomorrow. In all, once I understood the sequence of steps, it was not a difficult procedure to follow.

It’s a very small bag . The long strap can’t be adjusted and the chain had nothing to clip to. Unless I’m entirely dumb, the chain serves no purpose. What’s the deal here? Someone call me. If I had to deal with issues, I never would have paid even a dollar for this thing they call a purse.
